On 22/10/2009 Albe Steiner Institute of Turin, a thirteen year old has been branded by two bullies a little older than him. The boy said that he was drawing in the change from first to second hour when the two partners have, however, no reason, branded on the arm with an "M" "incandescent. The parents have rightly complained PEL injury aggravated the prosecution of minors.
In my opinion, the bullying is not just a form of hardship, but also, and perhaps above all, a form of mental illness because the very fact of doing an act like this makes it not respectful of those who are obviously smaller and isolated in society. I think if you did a nice stroll in prison, if only for a few days, the next time I will be in need to hurt someone else, perhaps because they have nothing else to do , they would think a little more!
